Leadership Team

Scott is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Edsal Manufacturing and
has been in this role since 2019. Scott joined Edsal from
New Avon LLC where he also served in the same capacity of this private equity owned enterprise.  Scott’s prior
experience is 25 years with both Abbott Laboratories and Procter & Gamble in various finance, marketing and general management roles in multiple countries.  He has a BS in Finance from Miami University and an MBA from Northwestern, Kellogg School of Management.

In his spare time he loves to snow
ski the mountains
of Montana, play golf and is currently testing his patience as an aspiring
fly-fisherman.     

Scott is the Chief Financial Officer of Edsal Manufacturing and has been in this role since 2022.  Scott joined Edsal from Berner Food & Beverage LLC where he also served in the same capacity of this private equity owned enterprise.  Scott’s prior experience is 27 years with both Philip Morris Companies and Kraft Foods in various finance, operations and strategic roles in multiple locations as well as CFO roles with other PE portfolio owned companies.  He has a BS in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Northwestern, Kellogg School of Management with specializations in Finance, Marketing and Strategy. ​

In his spare time he loves to travel, read, and for some reason, compete in triathlons including Ironman distance.

Chris is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Chris has been in this role since 2012 when he joined the company. Chris has over 30 years of retail experience, 20 years as a supplier and 10 years as a buyer for a major retailer. Chris has a BA in Communications from Fairfield University.

When not working, Chris and his wife enjoy finding any way to get to a beach…not an easy task from Atlanta. 

Boris joined Edsal Manufacturing as VP of IT in 2021 with responsibilities for all technology at the company. Boris came from GLP, a fund management firm where he led their IT operations. Boris's prior experience is over 20 years of CIO, Director and consulting roles with real estate and manufacturing firms in the US, Europe and Asia. He has a BS degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Illinois at Chicago.

Boris has switched from golf to tennis a few years ago, which caused his stress levels to be drastically reduced.​

Y’Lonn has joined Edsal Manufacturing in 2022 as the head of Human Resources. She has extensive experience in steel and manufacturing from previous roles at Flack Global Metals and Aetna Building Solutions. Y’Lonn has 20 years of HR experience in various industries including non-profit, healthcare, education, consulting, metals, and manufacturing. She has a BA in Journalism from Columbia College and Masters in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. ​

Y’Lonn is a member of the prestigious Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, and enjoys gardening, cooking, hosting dinner parties and traveling. She can’t turn off HR, thereby manages her family and friends with root cause analysis and wants to know the procedure when things go awry. ​

Tony has been with Edsal Manufacturing for over 25 years and has been in his current role since 2018. Tony has held a range of responsibilities from Plant Manager, Shipping Manager, Quality Control Manager, Maintenance Manager as well as Engineering Manager. Prior to Edsal, Tony had over 10 years of steel manufacturing experience.

In his spare time, he enjoys time with his family and modifying and restoring vintage cars.

Tom is the Supply Chain Director of Edsal Manufacturing and has been in this role since March of 2022. Tom joined Edsal from Omron where he managed the supply chain operations and IT in various roles for 8 years. Tom’s prior experience in supply chain is with both Walgreens Corporate and Wockhardt USA. He has a BS in Supply Chain and MIS from Iowa State University.

In his spare time, he loves to ski out West and play soccer with friends. 

Anusha is the New Product Introduction Project Manager of Edsal Manufacturing and has been in this role since 2020. Anusha had started her career at Edsal’s Cabinet business in 2016 as a Sr. Corporate Engineer. She has a BS in Aerospace Engineering from India and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University, Kansas.

She is an Indian classical dancer, obsessed with her dog Romeo and enjoys adventure.
